Sharp has been announced winner of the coveted Buyer’s Laboratory Inc’s (BLI)
2007 “Line of the Year”. The annual award, which includes BLI’s rigorous two-month
laboratory evaluation, determines the best overall multifunctional printer (MFP)
line up in terms of reliability, image quality, productivity, ease of use, scanning,
connectivity attributes and value.
Also considered is the breadth of each vendor’s line. BLI is the leading global
provider of test reports on document imaging products. Testing hundreds of products
representing every major vendor, BLI awarded Sharp honours in every category with
its “Pick of the Year” for the MX-M450N, MX-M700U and the new MX-M1100 in Segments 4, 5 and 6 and a “Highly Recommended” rating awarded to the models
in Segments 1 and 2.
To remind you, today Sharp has a vast range of broad products, which have more
BLI “Pick” winners than any other vendor, with colour products ranging in speeds
of 23ppm in colour and black and white, to 41ppm in colour and 62ppm in black
and white. In the black and white arena, Sharp was acclaimed for the 85-ppm MX-M850
and the 95-ppm MX-M950 in spring 2007 and for the 45-ppm MX-M450N, 70-ppm MX-M700U
and the 110-ppm MX-M1100 this autumn. |
