Data Matrix is looking for skilled IT professionals who are customer focused
and dedicated helping solve the IT requirements of the clients we serve. All of
our representatives should have reliable transportation and effective interactive
skills. We are also looking for individuals who possess a can-do spirit and positive
attitude.
Customer Relations Representatives
Our customer relations representatives are responsible for growing and maintaining
the relationships we have established with clients throughout the Southern California
Area. Data Matrix provides daily training to our customer relations representatives
in our Orange County Office for the first 90 days in an effort to become acquainted
with our technology, processes and procedures. Customer relations representatives
are tasked to meet with clients weekly to review their account history, our support
and to propose other products/services that Data Matrix deems would be beneficial
to the customer. Data Matrix will also provide new client opportunities to the
Customer Relations Representative that will allow the CRR to propose and install
new products/services.
IT Analyst
Our IT analysts are competent IT professionals with a desire to resolve any IT
issues that our clients may have. Data Matrix IT analyst will be tasked with monitoring
clients IT infrastructure at our Orange County operations center on a daily basis.
The IT analysts will work with our other third party providers and our technicians
to insure that our client’s networks are operating within proposed and agreed
upon parameters. On occasion, our IT analysts will have to visit the clients to
troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Technician
Data Matrix technicians are dedicated client-focused professionals who are skilled
in the repair of IT hardware to include computers, servers, routers, switches
and other document output devices such as printers, copiers, facsimile machines.
Our technicians work closely with our IT analyst and clients in an effort to maximize
uptime and to meet customer requirements.
